I was able to subscribe to Bonnie's Blog she appears to travel around the world visiting different Head Starts. I am very excited about communicating with her. I am really curious about this as you state she travels around the world visiting different Head Starts. Is this on US military bases? I just wonder as Head Start is a US federal government program. I briefly looked at her blog and only noted one post that she was working with Head Start connections. I would love to travel around the world and visit early childhood programs.
